多數(shù)定型機關(guān)鍵部位都存在高溫情況：其中傳送鏈條或鏈夾的溫度大約180℃—230℃之間，而熱風(fēng)機馬達軸承所處溫度大約150℃—170℃之間，調(diào)幅絲桿所在區(qū)域最高溫度達170℃。

Most of the key parts of the setting machine have high temperature: the temperature of the transmission chain or chain clip is about 180 ℃ - 230 ℃, the temperature of the motor bearing of the hot air blower is about 150 ℃ - 170 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the area where the amplitude modulation screw is located is 170 ℃.

高溫環(huán)境下，設(shè)備不能經(jīng)常停機，要保持其正常運轉(zhuǎn)，對潤滑的要求就更為嚴(yán)格，除了對潤滑劑具備抗高溫的要求外，還得保證其長效性和無殘留，防止結(jié)焦積碳對關(guān)鍵部位造成卡死。

Under the high temperature environment, the equipment can not be shut down frequently. In order to maintain its normal operation, the requirements for lubrication are more strict.
